HOW DOES EMS WORK?

As you exercise, low level electric impulses are sent to pads positioned on your limbs and torso which trigger muscle contractions.

 

EMS mimics the brain’s pulses, only more intensively, providing natural muscle resistance much like you would get from weight machines.
