What is Electrostimulation?

Muscle electrostimulation stands for Electric Muscle Stimulation. And it consists of a pads with electrodes that create controlled electrical impulses. The pads contract the muscles in order to simulate the muscle movements that occur naturally in conventional exercises. In 20 minutes, work 350 muscles simultaneously!
