Welcome to EMSology. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and our concierge EMS (Electro Muscle Stimulation) training and lymphatic drainage wellness services. By booking a session, purchasing a membership, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

2. Description of Services

EMSology provides mobile, concierge wellness services, including:

• • EMS Training: Electro Muscle Stimulation sessions using FDA-approved equipment, delivered at your location.
• • Lymphatic Drainage: Ballancer Pro sequential compression therapy for lymphatic wellness and detoxification.
• • Memberships: Ongoing session packages with scheduled billing and priority booking.

All services are delivered at the client's home, office, or designated location within our service area across Greater Los Angeles.

3. Bookings and Appointments

Sessions are by appointment only. When booking, you agree to:

• • Provide accurate contact and location information for mobile service delivery.
• • Ensure a suitable, safe space is available for the session (minimum space requirements may apply).
• • Be present and ready at the scheduled time. Repeated lateness may result in shortened sessions or rescheduling fees.
• • Provide at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.

4. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• • 24+ hours' notice: No charge. Sessions may be rescheduled at no additional cost.
• • Less than 24 hours' notice: The session will be charged in full, and membership sessions will be forfeited.
• • No-shows: The full session fee applies.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, equipment issues, or weather conditions. In such cases, no charge will apply and we will work with you to find an alternative time.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due as follows:

• • Single sessions: Payment is required at or before the time of booking.
• • Memberships: Recurring billing occurs on the date of your initial enrollment. Memberships may be canceled with 30 days' written notice.
• • Package sessions: Must be used within the stated validity period. Expired sessions are forfeited.

All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Prices are subject to change with prior notice.

6. Health Considerations and Medical Clearance

EMS training and lymphatic drainage services may not be suitable for everyone. Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, including but not limited to:

• • Pregnancy
• • Heart conditions, pacemakers, or implanted electronic devices
• • Acute infections or fever
• • Recent surgeries or injuries
• • Epilepsy or neurological conditions
• • Severe circulatory issues or deep vein thrombosis
• • Cancer or undergoing radiation/chemotherapy

We reserve the right to refuse or modify service based on health concerns. We recommend consulting your physician before beginning any new fitness or wellness program.

7. Liability Waiver

By participating in EMS training or lymphatic drainage sessions, you acknowledge that you are engaging in physical activity at your own risk. EMSology, its trainers, and its affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in our services, except where prohibited by law. You agree to disclose all relevant health information and follow all instructions provided by our certified specialists.

8. Service Area

Our concierge services are currently available across Greater Los Angeles, including Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Malibu, West Hollywood, and surrounding areas. Service availability and travel fees may vary based on location. We reserve the right to decline service to locations outside our coverage area.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of EMSology and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
